Phillip Call, CPO, joined Virginia Prosthetics & Orthotics as an Orthotist/Prosthetist at the company's Roanoke office. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and his Masters of Science degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Pittsburgh School of health and Rehabilitation Sciences.
